Probe Spacing Specifications

The following charts detail the minimum recommended distance (center-to-center spacing) between QA Conventional Test Probes and Sockets and our X Probe Socketless Series. This information should be used as a guideline and is dependent on the user's drilling and /fixturing capabilities, as well as the tool clearances. This information is not applicable when using headed probes. The center-to-center designation is based on an industry standard of commonly found center spacing on PCB's. Fixture designs may have to be modified because the web thickness between adjacent sockets is reduced.
