Dear QA Technology Customer,
Based on guidance from the CDC and the State of New Hampshire, we put a response plan in place designed to protect the health and safety of our employees and to reduce adverse impacts on deliveries during this health crisis.
The QA Tech customer service team is available to support you, though many of our office and support personnel are working remotely from home.
We could use your help prioritizing urgent orders. When placing an order, please let us know exactly when you need the products. Please only request next day shipment when it’s absolutely necessary.
Our manufacturing group is doing everything possible to ensure that production and shipping continue to operate normally. We are working with a reduced workforce to minimize exposure, however we are not experiencing major production delays.
In the days ahead we will continue to maintain close contact with you and will make you aware of any changes that could impact orders. Please be safe and stay healthy.
