Customer Service Coordinator II

SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating Customer Service personnel in the efficient processing of inside sales orders. Oversees the communication of the customer service department with customers, credit, shipping, sales and marketing personnel. Answers non-routine questions regarding company policies, products, and services. Assures a timely resolution to customer related issues and follow-up communication to the sales force, along with performing other various duties and functions within the Sales Department.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma. Self-starter with excellent communications skills. Very high degree of accuracy in the performance of their work. Have PC knowledge and good typing skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good command of the English language is required, as well as ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of the Company and Customer personnel.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: High school level mathematics.

REASONING ABILITY: The ability to understand and resolve customer service issues in accordance with the duties of the position.
