Designed for 0.35 mm standard and custom socket applications.
QA Technology offers many combinations of probes. You can build your probe by selecting the tube style, tip style and spring force for your specific application.
If you have questions at any time during the process, contact us at (603) 926-0348.
The M035-14 series probes are designed for 0.35mm centers for standard and custom socket applications. Actual stroke and plate thicknesses may vary based on application.
The probe tube must be captured in the socket while the Interface Plunger remains compressed. The DUT Plunger is stroked with each actuation. The Interface Plunger is typically compressed and fixed at approximately .010 [.250].

1Current Rating is affected by spring material and lubrication choices. Standard lubrication has a 120°C maximum operating temperature limit.
Use SS springs with no lubrication (-N) for testing beyond standard lubrication temperature limits up to 204°C.
Before using probes near these current limits, please refer to Current Carrying Capacity and Operating Temperature Application Notes.
